  1. Talk to a licensed Humana Medicare agent to get expert advice on plans in your area.
  2. They’ll determine your enrollment eligibility and identify any cost-saving programs you may qualify for.
  3. They’ll ask you the right questions to help pinpoint a plan that best suits your needs.
  4. Once you pick a plan, they’ll walk you through enrollment and help you end any existing coverage you don’t need.
  5. You’ll get access to their direct line, so you can call for any future questions.

  4. They’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to confirm your enrollment and review any plan details you’re curious about.
  5. They’ll become your ongoing point person, helping you navigate all aspects of Medicare each year.

What to have on hand

Be ready with the following information to help our experts find the best plan for you.

  • 1.
    Your red, white, and blue Medicare ID card (don’t worry if you don’t have it yet, we can get started without it)
  • 2.
    A list of your current medications
  • 3.
    The names of your doctors and specialists and your preferred hospitals and pharmacies
  • 4.
    The current coverage you’re on, or are eligible for, including basic VA medical benefits, Medicaid, Extra Help, Tricare for Life/ChampVA, or a group or retirement policy.
  • 5.
    Helpful, but not required, is a list of benefits and features you’re looking for in your plan
