Access to the care you need, when you need it is critical. But, we know finding transportation to and from your appointments is not always easy. That’s why we’ve designed plans that provide rides to and from your doctor’s office or other healthcare appointments such as outpatient procedures, dialysis, dental appointments, trips to the pharmacy, and more.
We’ll pick you up
Plans include coverage for a certain number of trips, with some even offering unlimited trips. Rides are offered through private transportation companies in your area. You can reserve them over the phone or online. Your Humana care manager can also work with community resources to identify and connect you with additional transportation options. Plus, every plan includes emergency transportation via ambulance if your care is urgent.

Have your red, white and blue Medicare ID card available when you call to enroll. Also helpful would be a list of your current medications, and the names of your doctors, if you would like to see if they’re covered under the plan.
